Erin Maher is a Teaching Assistant at the Geneva Academy. She is also a PhD candidate at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.

Her research focuses on legal frameworks governing refugee resettlement.   

She previously worked as an international law adviser to the Australian Government in areas including international human rights and refugee law, in international litigation and as Executive Adviser to the Head of the Office of International Law.

Erin holds an LLM in International Humanitarian Law from the Geneva Academy, a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of International Studies from Flinders University, Adelaide.
