Former Swiss Human Rights Chairs

Professor Nils Melzer has been the Swiss HR Chair at the Geneva Academy from March 2016 to June 2022. He was also during that time (November 2016 to March 2022) the UN Special Rapporteur on torture and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment.
