The Geneva Academy team at the 2022 Mandea Moot Court – Helmer Jonelid and Edward Millett – qualified for the final rounds of the competition that will take place in Geneva from 18 to 21 July 2022.
During one week, Francesca Gortan, Sarah Surget and Sophie Timmermans represented the Geneva Academy at the 38th Edition of the Jean-Pictet Competition that took place in Durrës, Albania, from 19 to 26 March.

The Master in Transitional Justice provided me on with theoretical knowledge in transitional justice mechanisms and processes as well as the ability to deeply question notions which are commonly used. I also had the opportunity to acquire right insights on transitional justice as a field of work.
Core courses are mandatory and are spread over the two semesters. They cover central theoretical and practical issues in the fields of transitional justice, human rights and the rule of law.
Internships allow our students to acquire first-hand professional experience via internships with leading actors and agencies in the field of transitional justice.
Our campus spans from Geneva’s international area to downtown Geneva with its vibrant cultural life.
Our Master in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law is organized around intimate learning communities enabling close interaction between students and professors.
